Refund policy

All online orders placed are subject to availability and order confirmation is not a guarantee that the item is in stock. Whilst we endeavour to keep our online stock up to date, unfortunately certain factors can affect this. If the ordered product(s) are unavailable and we are unable to restock, you will be contacted and informed of any waiting time and offered alternatives.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We are not responsible for shipping fees on items that were purchased in our online store that is being exchanged for another size or for store credit. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

The purchase of "Sale" items are non-returnable. Either for exchange, credit note or refund, when the purchase has been made online and in-store.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as socks, undergarments, hemmed or washed denim may not be exchanged. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "SALE" items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges can only be made on items value equal to or same as the items returned, no further refund on item valued less. 

 

Refunds
We don't issue any refunds for any purchases made online or in-store but we can issue a store credit that you may use to purchase another item or can be used on your next purchase. Your store credit won't have an expiration date and can be used anytime.
